There are two factory tours every Monday through Friday. The first tour begins at 10:30 am and the second begins at 12:30 pm.
Please Note:
1. Factory tours may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.
2. In order to ensure that members of our staff are available for your tour, all factory tours must be scheduled in advance. A two-week prior arrangement is suggested.
3. The factory tour takes approximately one hour to complete.
4. The factory tour includes a visit to The Homer Laughlin China Company Museum, housing china displays from the past 133 years of Homer Laughlin China history.
